Panj Pardhani Council

As per defined By-Laws (Article 3.7), on 1st Vaisakh, 14 April 2025, during an online gathering of the Sarbat Khalsa Jathebandi Panchayat members, the names of the Panj Pyare for the Panj Pardhani Council were announced as follows:

1. S. Nirmal Singh (Victoria, BC)
2. S. Gurpreet Singh GP (Bahrain)
3. Dr. Khushhal Singh (Chandigarh)
4. Giani Amritpal Singh (Ludhiana)
5. S. Satbir Singh (Delhi)

The term for S. Nirmal Singh and S. Gurpreet Singh GP will be until 14 December 2027, after which consensus will be built on two new names (Article 10.8). The term for Dr. Khushhal Singh, Giani Amritpal Singh, and S. Satbir Singh will be until 14 April 2030 (Article 10.6).

To give a start to the Sarbat Khalsa Jathebandi, the following individuals volunteered to become part of the 'acting' Panj Pardhani Council:

2. S. Nirmal Singh (Victoria, BC)
3. S. Gurpreet Singh GP (Bahrain)
4. S. Jagdhar Singh (Bengal)
5. S. Gurcharan Singh (USA)
